Pight Walkthrough: Levels 41–50
Electricity, powered pistons, and late-mid campaign mastery.
Levels 41 through 50 open Pight’s electricity layer. Powered tiles, conductive routes, and piston gates that only fire when energized join the sticky, portal, and dynamite toolkit from earlier bands. This is the steepest learning curve since pull pistons in Walkthrough: Levels 11–20—but the same undo-first mindset still applies.
Band overview
| Levels | New or emphasized mechanic | Deep dive |
|---|---|---|
| 41–43 | Power sources and wires | Electricity and Power Routing |
| 44–46 | Powered pistons and gates | Piston Mechanics |
| 47–48 | Electricity + portals | Sticky Blocks & Portals |
| 49–50 | Full toolkit exam | Mechanics Tier List |
Start with the dedicated Electricity and Power Routing article before grinding level 41. It explains source tiles, conduction paths, and why a “lit” piston behaves differently from a manual one.
Electricity basics in practice
Power flows through conductive blocks according to each level’s layout. Unlike pistons where direction is visible at a glance, power state is easy to misread when stickies and portals rearrange the board mid-solution.
Recommended workflow:
- Trace the power source to every piston that must fire.
- Confirm which blocks conduct—some colors insulate.
- Solve non-powered moves first (light block path, sticky position).
- Energize last so you do not accidentally lock a gate early.
- Undo if a portal move breaks the circuit.
The Mechanics Tier List ranks electricity among the hardest systems because it stacks on every prior rule.
Powered pistons (44–46)
A powered piston may only extend when its circuit is complete, or it may invert behavior compared to unpowered tiles on that level. Read the level’s visual hints—Mindlabor often places a dormant piston near the source as a tutorial.
Combine with pull pistons carefully: a pull that disconnects a wire mid-chain disables downstream pistons. Controls remap is irrelevant here; planning is everything.
Portals and circuits (47–48)
Teleported blocks can carry sticky clusters through powered zones or break conduction if a wire tile is destroyed by dynamite. Level 47 typically teaches: portal first, wire second, blast last—or the opposite. There is no universal order; test with undo.
Level 49–50 as checkpoint
These stages behave like mid-campaign finals. Expect:
- At least one sticky merge or split decision.
- One portal pair with orientation sensitivity.
- One dynamite stick with blast radius planning.
- One powered piston that must fire in sequence.
If level 50 takes more than thirty minutes, that is normal for first-time players. Use Stuck on Hard Levels and take breaks—fatigue causes mis-clicks on mobile and Steam Deck alike.
Achievements and editor prep
Several Achievements trigger in the 41–50 band or require habits formed here. The Level Editor unlocks community sharing—practicing electricity on official levels makes custom boards less overwhelming.
What comes after level 50
The campaign continues through level 90 with denser combinations. This wiki adds band guides over time; for now, reuse the same debug loop and cross-link to Block Types and Light Block Goal when new symbols appear.
Mobile and Steam saves do not sync—pick one platform per playthrough unless you enjoy replaying (Mobile and Platforms).

Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
When does electricity appear in Pight?
Around level 41 in the ninety-level full release.
Do I need the electricity guide first?
Yes—read Electricity and Power Routing before level 41 to avoid trial-and-error frustration.
Can dynamite break power lines?
Yes. Blasts that remove conductive blocks disable downstream pistons until you replan.
Are levels 41–50 in the demo?
No. The demo ends at level 15.
How many levels remain after 50?
Forty more official levels through level 90, plus community levels in the editor.
